At Tala, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting and home essentials. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain safe during transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
